To our community and token holders,
We are providing this update to keep you informed of our progress in view of the cybersecurity incident of 24 May 2026 affecting EURR and USDR.
Status
There has been no further unauthorised issuance since the incident, and the incident remains contained. The temporary suspension of EURR and USDR minting and redemption remains in place as part of the Company's activated Recovery Plan.
Progress
Over the past two months, StablR has been working relentlessly on the investigation and remediation process, together with external cybersecurity specialists, legal counsel, and the relevant authorities, including the Malta Financial Services Authority. This work has continued without interruption, and substantial progress has been made.
At this stage, certain aspects of this work, including elements of the investigation, engagement with authorities, and the technical and operational steps being taken to resolve the matter, cannot be disclosed publicly. This is a deliberate decision, taken to protect the integrity of the ongoing process and the interests of token holders, and not a reflection of a lack of progress. Further information will be shared as soon as reasonably practicable.
We acknowledge the continued uncertainty for token holders seeking certainty, including on questions such as whether and when a migration to new infrastructure may take place, and we do not underestimate the impact of the continued suspension. We are not in a position to comment on specific measures, timelines, or next steps at this time, and we ask for your continued patience.
Your Protections as a Token Holder
As previously communicated, all safeguarded assets backing EURR and USDR are held in segregated accounts and money market funds, separate from the Company's own funds, in accordance with MiCAR. On the basis of the information available to date, the safeguarded assets held by the Company prior to the incident remain intact.
A Note on Fraud
Token holders are reminded to rely only on StablR's official channels. StablR will never contact you to request private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or any payment. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported.
For incident-related queries, please contact info@stablr.com.
We will continue to provide updates as appropriate and as the situation permits.
